AMG Performance 50: A Celebration of Epic Proportions.  As Mercedes-AMG nears its Golden Year of providing high performance automobiles to consumers, a strategy entitled “AMG Performance 50” will surely keep people on their toes for their latest offerings. They recently presented an exclusive peek of the features of A 45 AMG, which is considered an ambassador of the strategy. It is expected to be a top-of-the-range A-Class model that will set new standards. Expect car enthusiasts all over the globe to watch out for it as it debuts in the first quarter of 2013.
Part of the strategy is to maintain a steady demand for Mercedes- manufactured cars. Generated sales were up by about seven percent in the USA, around fifteen percent in the German region, and a massive 50% from China last year. AMG aims to continue a consistent increase in sales to provide a major contribution to Mercedes Benz’s legacy. When the demand for high-performance cars go up, AMG shall meet it with an expansion of their production capacity. Production of the 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine will be done at the Kolleda-based power engine manufacturing plant. They are also aiming for an increase in the number of performance centers worldwide.
