The Mansory treatment includes improving the engine to 590 HP, which allow for an acceleration of 0-62 mph in 3.2 seconds and a top speed of 205 mph. Mansory most notable works however is on the body of the Ferrari 458 Italia Spyder. The body package kit of carbon fibers are made up of a restyled front apron, vents by the headlamps that provides additional ventilation to the front radiator, a diffuser fitted into the new rear spoiler, and side skirts. One result is a unique looking nose that also generates additional down force for better road traction. The ultra-light and high-strength carbon fiber material helped with the aerodynamics and airflow and a cooler engine, and made the Monaco Edition lighter by 130 pounds than the stock version. A further tinkering with the suspension system resulted to a lower profile.

Mansory also touched the interior using leather seats, alcantara and carbon fiber materials.
